 MEDITATION AND MINDFULNESS

Areas covered are as follows

 

Quietening the Mind:

Learn two simple methods to still the busyness of the mind and find an inner clarity that gives you the space to find peace and serves as a preparation for more practical meditations.

 

Training in Mindfulness:

Learn how to train in mindfulness according to authentic Buddhist sources and be able use parts of the mind to its greatest effect.

 

Overcoming Distraction:

Learn how we can oppose the various types of distractions that arise in meditation so that we can start to improve our positivty and concentration.

 

Focus Meditation Class:

Learn how to calm your mind and your soul, with a deep meditation to bring you back to childhood , or to 

a fear you have (this session is good for people with Anxiety, and Panic attacks) 

 

Meet your Guides /Angels

In this guided meditation is when you get to meet your Guide or Angel 

Learn how to open yourself to experience the energy , calmness and excitement of meeting your 

angel or guide , the feeling can be elation and joyous.

(to acheive the state in which you can see your guide or angel you will have to do atleast a few of my other

classes to know how to Meditate first )

 

Each class consists of one guided meditations and instruction.

Anyone can practice meditation and everyone is welcome to attend.

There is no physical exercise involved and seating is on either chairs , or a comfortable 

Mat that you will bring along to lie on.
